1. Research and Policy: Conducting in-depth scientific research on the challenges facing and formulating evidence-based policy recommendations. Evaluating government schemes and providing suggestions for their improved implementation.
2. Water and Environment: Scientific study and resolution of the water crisis . Revitalization of traditional water management systems. Groundwater recharge, rainwater harvesting, and water conservation programs. Climate change adaptation.
3. Education and Skill Development: Promoting quality education, especially for girls. Enhancing youth employability through vocational skill training. Digital literacy.
4. Health and Nutrition: Eradication of malnutrition, improvement of maternal and child health, hygiene awareness, community health programs, and telemedicine facilities.
5. Women's Empowerment: Promoting women's economic independence; formation and empowerment of self-help groups; entrepreneurship training; raising awareness about legal rights; and eradicating child marriage.
6. Cultural Heritage Conservation: Documentation and preservation of languages, literature, folk arts, music, and historical sites. Promoting cultural tourism.
7. Governance and Policy: Promoting good governance, evaluating the implementation of government schemes, ensuring public participation and accountability, and raising awareness about citizens' rights.

Where does the donation money go?
85% direct to beneficiaries - Tool Kit, Trainer Salary, Training Material. 10% Admin & Office. 5% Mobilization. Audited report uploaded on website yearly.
Can I volunteer with BRF?
Yes. Students, teachers, retired officers welcome. Work: Mobilization, Teaching, Digital Marketing, Data Entry. We provide Certificate + Experience Letter.
What if I drop out mid-course?
A: Tool Kit must be returned. 80% attendance is compulsory. 10 days leave allowed for illness/emergency. Absent for 7 days without information = name will be struck off.
What documents are required?
A: 1. Aadhar Card 2. 10th/12th Marksheet 3. 2 Passport Photos 4. Bank Passbook Copy 5. Residence proof - Gram Pradhan letter works.
