Registration Fees Registration fees paid for workshops, training programs, seminars, memberships, certifications, or events are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the respective program guidelines. 2. Program Cancellation by BRF If Bundelkhand Research Foundation cancels a program, event, or training due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or operational reasons, participants may be offered one of the following: A full refund of the amount paid. Transfer of registration to a future session. Credit toward another eligible BRF program. 3. Participant Cancellation If a participant wishes to cancel their registration: Requests made 7 or more days before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting applicable administrative charges. Requests made less than 7 days before the program start date are generally not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after the commencement of the program, training, or event. 4. Membership Fees Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if BRF determines that a refund is appropriate under exceptional circumstances. 5. Donations All donations made to Bundelkhand Research Foundation are voluntary and are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions, unauthorized payments, or technical errors verified by BRF. 6. Digital Services Payments made for digital learning materials, downloadable resources, online courses, or other digital services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. 7. Refund Processing Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–15 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines. 8.
